  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil (if needed, for blending)
  • Almond or coconut flour (if needed, for blending)
  • 1⁄2 cup cacao powder

Method

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, boil the dates until softened, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a blender or food processor, combine almonds, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

Shape the mixture into balls, then coat or dust with cacao powder.
